A LaFayette, Ga., man received the maximum sentence in U.S. District Court in Rome, Ga., for his sexual exploitation of a young girl for several years, and posting video of the assaults on the Internet.
James Bartholomew Huskey, 39, received a 70-year sentence to federal prison from U.S. District Judge Robert L. Vining, Jr. on charges of producing, distributing and receiving child pornography.
“This case ranks among the worst cases of child sexual exploitation we have ever seen,” U.S. Attorney David E. Nahmias said in a news release. “This defendant violently abused a very young girl for several years for his own and others’ sexual pleasure.”
Investigators found images of the defendant sexually assaulting a young girl, approximately 6 years old, and the increasingly violent rapes occurred over the course of several years.
An FBI Special Agent Gregory Jones said the bureau’s Innocent Images Project message is clear, “Engage in this despicable behavior at your own risk, and with the knowledge that each day you spend trading in the misery of children may be your last day of freedom for years to come.”
Huskey will be in federal prison essentially for the rest of his life. He was sentenced to 70 years, and also ordered to pay more than $12,000 in restitution. He pleaded guilty to the charges in November of last year.

70 YEARS!!! He should be put to death or at least have a LIFE sentence!
How sick. I hope justice is served with the hands, among many other body parts, of his fellow prisoners. YOU deserve everything that's coming to you, Mr. Huskey, and MUCH MUCH more.
