The DisHonors Awards

By Steve Barrett

No pies will be thrown. No speaker will be drowned out by infantile protesters. No leftist college thugs will storm the stage and attack the panelists.

When the Media Research Center gathers Thursday night in Washington to present its DisHonors Awards for the worst, most biased journalism of the past year, the mostly conservative folks in attendance will clap, laugh and cheer, but they’ll do so at appropriate times. That’s how they were brought up.

I’ll be among them, and I’ll write on the festivities.

Stay tuned.
