* Location: One-half mile south of Apison Pike on Ooltewah-Ringgold Road in Collegedale/Ooltewah area

* Status: 40 patio homes have been built, four of which have been sold. The Reserve is the third neighborhood launched in the Greenbriar Cove master planned retirement community.
