No. 1 Knoxville Grace (bye); No. 4 Cloudland vs. No. 5 Sunbright (5-5); No. 6 Copper Basin at No. 3 Coalfield; No. 2 Harriman (bye).

East-Middle Bracket

No. 1 South Pittsburg (bye); No. 4 Eagleville vs. No. 6 Monterey; No. 3 Gordonsville vs. No. 5 Lookout Valley; No. 2 Middle Tennessee Christian (bye).

Middle-West Bracket

No. 1 Wayne County (bye); No. 4 McEwen vs. No. 5 Collinwood; No. 3 Perry County vs. No. 6 Cornersville; No. 2 Jo Byrns (bye).

West Bracket
