Ghoulish Gala scares up support for Lung Association

What: The Ghoulish Gala costume ball was held at the Chattanooga Convention Center featuring dance music by Here Come the Mummies from Nashville.

TVA employees support Boy Scouts

What: The Consolidated Federal Campaign held its 2010 campaign kickoff in conjunction with TVA. CFC contributors were recognized as a Day of Scouting Partner for their designated gifts. Amount raised: More than $17,000 Benefits: Local Boy Scouts of America programs, camps and services.

Partygoers revisit prom at Clue party

What: The Tower Club, the young professionals association of the Creative Discovery Museum, held its annual Clue Mystery Party in the children’s museum.

Benefits: Creative Discovery Museum programs.

Prom theme: A 1980s prom at the fictional “Chattanooga Downtown Magnet High School.” Guests came dressed in ’80s clothing and prom attire.
