Chattanooga: Charges dropped in rape case

Prosecutors have dropped all charges against a former Southern Adventist University student who was indicted on one count of felony rape in connection with an incident reported in 2004.

Rajiv Gomer was indicted in 2007 by a Hamilton County grand jury after another former Southern student, his ex-girlfriend, accused him of the attack.
