On the Menu: Hennen's

What: Hennen’s new menu, scheduled to debut next week, will feature a number of new dishes for the season, including Crispy Norwegian Salmon, a dish featuring pan-roasted filet of wild Norwegian salmon served over a bed of wild mushrooms and potato gnocchi, then finished with pomegranate reduction. “I think the flavors match well, and now that we’re going into fall and winter, it’s a hearty dish with earthy flavors,” said executive chef Josh Wool. “Then it has that pomegranate reduction that really brightens the flavor up.”

Price: $18.

Hours: 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Friday, 5-11 p.m. Saturday, 5-10 p.m. Sunday.
