Timber Ridge in Soddy-Daisy offers affordable living

  • Name: Timber Ridge

  • Location: On Short Leaf Lane in Soddy-Daisy off of Dallas Hollow Road.

  • Status: The developer intends to build 120 units. So far six are occupied and 11 are sold or will be closing by the end of the month.

  • Prices: Townhomes range from about $99,000 for a three-bedroom and two-bath unit, to $120,000 for three-bed-room, two and a half-bath unit and $125,000 for a four-bedroom, three-bath unit.

  • Developer: Roger Radpour

  • Builder: RCS Construction

  • Amenities: The townhomes have dishwashers, electric free-standing ranges, electric water heaters, ceiling fans and smoke detectors. They have pantries, walk-in closets and insulated windows and single-car garages.

  • Other features: The townhomes sit on level or gradually sloping lots with scenic views of the surrounding mountains. They have covered porches on the front and a patio or deck on the back.

  • Floor plans: Each of the five townhouse models are two-story designs with the master bedroom on the main level and a separate dining room. They have open floor plans and can be constructed with a finished or unfinished bonus room. They range in size from 1,155 square feet to about 1,350 square feet. The builder can customize for pre-sold units.
