Due to an Federal Aviation Administration computer problem, Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport is advising travelers to check with the airlines before leaving for Lovell Field.
While the FAA late this morning is reporting the computer glitch is resolved, there will still be delays throughout the air traffic system because of the earlier problem, said Chattanooga airport spokeswoman Christina Siebold.
“We are asking all passengers to check with their airline (the Web site usually has the most accessible information) before coming to the airport to ensure their flight is still scheduled to depart on time,” she said.
At least three flights were delayed this morning at Lovell Field.
