Tennessee: Infant found dead at unlicensed day care

MUFREESBORO, Tenn. — Police are investigating the death of a 3-month-old infant at an unlicensed day care center in Murfreesboro.

Police spokesman Kyle Evans told the Daily News Journal they do not suspect foul play pending an autopsy and are conducting a "routine unattended death investigation."

An emergency medical technician found Parker A. Wilcox on Thursday morning and Marisa A. Bradley, the woman responsible for running the home daycare, was trying to resuscitate him.

Police said that Wilcox's brother and sister were also at the home for a total of nine children ranging in ages from 3 months to 8 years. Bradley was the only adult in the home at the time.
