Brainerd/East Brainerd: The Brainerd/East Brainerd Chamber will meet at noon on Tuesday at the Chattanooga Billiard Club, 110 Jordan Drive, in the Tropicana Banquet Room. The program will be presented by Friends of East Brainerd. The cost of lunch is $10.

Business Planning: Free counseling for business people available from the Chattanooga Small Business Development Center, 100 Cherokee Blvd., suite 202. Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Fridays.
