Q. How can I exercise like I should when I don't have time?
A. Step one: Set a weekly goal. This really helps, given each day's weather and schedule changes. Start with three hours per week. Four 30-minute walks on weekdays and one one-hour walk on the weekend meets your goal. Start over and rededicate each Monday. Last week is history.
