Contest Rules:

1) Contest is open to children ages 2-12, and is divided into three age categories. Ages 2-5, ages 6-9, and ages 10-12. There will be three winners in each category. Employees of the Chattanooga Times Free Press or contest sponsors and their families are not eligible.

2) Crayons, markers or pencils may be used. An adult may assist in filling out the form, but not in coloring the entry.

3) Only one entry per child.

4) All entries must be received at this newspaper by December 4,2009

5) There will be one first place, one second place, and one third place winner in each age category. First place winners will each receive a $75 gift certificate, second place winners will each receive a $50 Gift Certificate and third place winners will each receive a $15 Gift Certificate. Decision of the judges is final.

6) All entries become the property of this newspaper and may be used for any purpose, including but not limited to, publishing them in a future issue.
