Kiffin dismisses Warren from Vols

by Wes Rucker

Brandon Warren, a former freshman All-American, was dismissed from the University of Tennessee football program, Vols coach Lane Kiffin confirmed after Monday’s practice.

Warren, an Alcoa native who transferred to UT before last season after a strong freshman year at Florida State, was visibily frustrated in Saturday night’s loss to Auburn. Coaches and teammates were unable to calm down Warren.

Kiffin declined to give more specifics about the incident but said Warren has the option to remain in school and on scholarship.

UT sports is a one big circus these days. We have the biggest clown in all of college basketball coaching our mens team and now the football coach thinks he is bigger than the university. UT sports has become 1 big embarrassment!

Warren has been nothing but a problem since he's been there. He didn't practice hard and was constantly in the dog house. Just another one of Fulmer's mistakes still haunting UT. Smart move to get rid of him now.

Circus? The circus is the fairweather crybaby fanbase. Good for Coach Kiffin. Discipline has been lacking in this program. While it may take a few years, the future is bright for the Volunteers.
