I hope and pray that in 50 years needing to protest for equality in "marriage" will seem as insane and silly as the Scopes Monkey Trial. Monogamy and marriage is a right and a statement to the world and God.
There is no "right" to marriage just as there is no "right" to drive. They are privileges. You want "married", go North. Or just shack up and live together. Who cares? It has worked for heteros for centuries.
But that won't work for homosexuals and lesbians because it isn't "marriage" per se they want, it is societal legitimacy and public approval of that twisted thing they are doing on an exclusive, continuing basis.
