A high-end cosmetics store and a local salon will join a growing number of new tenants populating Warehouse Row as it continues its renovation.

The Cosmetic Market, a beauty products retailer based in Nashville, is expanding into Chattanooga with its location set to open near the first of November.

"We're excited to be down here," said James Rupley, general counsel for The Cosmetic Market. "This is our first store outside of Middle Tennessee."

The downtown shopping and office complex has been undergoing a renovation in recent months.

The two new retailers mark the sixth and seventh tenants for the 330,000-square-foot shopping center that formerly operated as an outlet mall.

Level 10 salon will join the five tenants that have opened at Warehouse Row in recent months. They include Public House restaurant, Embellish shoe boutique, Revival, Yves Delorme and boutique jeweler Amanda Pinson Jewelry. Level 10 owner and stylist Tra Raines is using the move to re-brand longtime Chattanooga salon Flirt.

"We've been in downtown Chattanooga for eight years, and we still have a lot of the cornerstone people with us," Mr. Raines said.

Mr. Raines expects the store to be open by Nov. 1. Level 10 will occupy about 2,400 square feet of space in the center and has signed a 10-year lease with Warehouse Row.

The Cosmetic Market has signed a five-year lease for almost 2,900 square feet.

Jamestown, the real estate investment firm behind Warehouse Row's reinvention, is deliberately focused on attracting a unique assortment of retail tenants, said Michael Phillips, Jamestown's creative director.

"It is evolving really wonderfully," Mr. Phillips said of the progress the company has made in changing the former outlet mall into a high-end destination shopping center.

The Cosmetic Market will carry many skincare, makeup and haircare lines, including Philosophy, Shu Uemura, Smashbox, Stila and Tarte.

"We're trying to bring brands to the area that people in Chattanooga haven't had access to," said Lea Ray, buyer for The Cosmetic Market.

For Level 10, the move offers Mr. Raines an opportunity to take his salon in a brand new direction. Mr. Raines, whose clients include the owners of several of the boutiques in Warehouse Row, plans to expand the salon's offering to include more spa services such as manicures, pedicures and skincare services such as chemical peels.
