    Video: East Ridge flooding
    Several small creeks and streams in East Ridge caused lots of flooding, with more rain to come, according to Officer Eric Hopkins, spokesman for the East Ridge Police Department. Officials worked through the night to evacuate people from their homes and are expecting more evacuations before the waters start to recede.
