Members of the Chattanooga Fire Department use a rope to pull a stretcher out of the woods next to the I-24 East entrance ramp at Rossville Boulevard on Thursday morning after a body was found a mile and a half away from the spot where Sylvester Kitchens, Jr. was swept away by flash floodwater last Sunday night. The body was taken to the medical examiners office to determine the identity.
