Developers will be announcing next week a major multi-level shopping complex-lifestyle Center here in Ooltewah that will be anchored by Harrods of England. Other tenants in the 1 million square foot complex will be Morton's the Steakhouse, Sax Fifth Avenue and Tiffany's of New York.
