Hamilton County: Former Jail-worker pleads guilty to reckless homicide

Floyd H. Goodwin, a former Hamilton County jail-worker and bondsman, plead guilty this morning to reckless homicide. He had been facing a second-degree murder charge for the April 2, 2007 death of Jillena Orr. Goodwin could have received 15-25 years behind bars had he been convicted of that charge.
