TBA pro bono campaign wins 3rd award

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Tennessee Bar Association's yearlong Justice 4ALL initiative has been honored by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and the Center for Association Leadership.

The 4ALL program began in 2009 to expand access to legal representation. Among other achievements, it provided free legal services to 1,300 needy individuals.

The bar association said in a news release it was just one of 24 programs chosen nationwide for the Advance America award from the groups.

Now in its 20th year, the award is designed to recognize contributions by associations and feature the impact associations can have on the quality of American life.
