Founded by Bill Hullander in 1978, Hullco first operated out of his father's grocery store in Apison, Tennessee. The company originally sold Buck Stoves and from the beginning was focused on energy conservation. Bill Hullander and his staff began building Hullco Windows in a chicken house behind the former grocery store.
