It's Funk Fest at the Incline Railway's Summer of Fun Concert Series on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The all-day free music series features Kofi Mawuko, Tommy Cotter, Mike Hale and Elizabeth Miller.
On Saturday night, an opening night reception for "Keeping It Alive," a street art installation at Asher Love Gallery, will be taking place from 6-9 p.m. The two-month show will feature original art by street artist Sour One painted directly onto the walls and surfaces at the gallery. Additional works on canvas, board, signs and other found materials and objects will also be a part of the site-specific installationm which intends to bring the outside indoors. Admission is free.
