John Graham received a call at 5:01 p.m. Monday and was informed that he had won the drawing for the 2010 Ford Ranger XLT being given away by the Lions Club and Moss Motors.
The clock at Third and Cedar was apparently struck by lightning.
Hats off to the coordinators of the fireworks on Monday night at the Riverpark, they were stellar.
