Local builder Karl Sodergren has completed his auction apprenticeship and is opening First Commerce Real Estate and Auction. His office is located at 8012 Shorttail Springs Road in the heart of the Snow Hill area.

"Auctions are a great way to market property and other items," said Mr. Sodergren. "We might even have a golf cart auction in the future. You never know."
