Court date set for Craft custody hearing

Tonya Craft's court hearing to decide if she can be reunited with her children permanently has been set for late September.

According to Hamilton County Circuit Court Judge Marie Williams' office, the date for Ms. Craft's custody hearing has been set for Sept. 28.

The hearing for Ms. Craft, a former kindergarten teacher acquitted on 22 counts of child molestation in a North Georgia court, has been delayed several times this summer.

Ms. Craft lost custody of her two children to her ex-husband Joal Henke after charges first surfaced against her in Catoosa County Superior Court.
