CLOSER TO HOMEFans of the "Twilight" series can settle in for six-plus hours of Bella, Edward and Jacob at area theaters Tuesday night. To prepare for special midnight showings of the third film in the series, "Eclipse," three area theaters will show the first two films, "Twilight" and "New Moon," as a double feature starting at 7 p.m. Participating theaters, according to their websites, are Northgate 14, Majestic 12 and East Ridge 18. All area theaters have scheduled midnight screenings of "Eclipse."

The International Movie Database, an online source of information on movies, television and celebrities, has launched a comprehensive and interactive "Twilight" special section at www.imdb.com/thetwilightsaga.

Among its features:

* Edward vs. Jacob online showdown. Using social plug-ins, fans can share whether they belong to Team Edward or Team Jacob. Votes will be tallied in real time, and the winning vampire or werewolf will be announced on Wednesday, the film's release date.

* A cast popularity chart. This feature culls information from across IMDb's website to reveal which cast members are most (and least) popular based on current IMDb Starmeter rankings.

* A dedicated NewsDesk. This will include "Twilight"-related articles from a variety of news sources.

* Movie media. Fans can go here to find video clips, sneak peaks, trailers and a photo gallery from "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse."
