The Fourth of July celebration will be held on Monday, July 5, at the Riverpark Pavilion and Boat Dock. The event is sponsored by the city of South Pittsburg. The party starts at 1 p.m., so come out and see some friends, have some food, have a lot of fun, listen to live music and wait for the fireworks. The drawing for the 2010 Ford Ranger XLT being given away by the Lions Club and Moss Motors should wind up around 5 p.m.
