On July 10, Gregg Ellis, a member of the Carter Hope Center executive board and a recovering addict, will try to duplicate the elements of an outdoor Ironman Triathlon - 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike ride and a 26-mile running marathon - while indoors. Beginning at 7:30 a.m. in the Bradley Wellness Center, 1225 Broadrick Drive, Mr. Ellis will try to complete the triathlon within 17 hours.
