There will be an Open Office Day in Dade County on Wednesday from 9-11 am at the Dade County Administrative Building, 71 Case Ave. in Trenton. Sen. Jeff Mullis, R-Chickamauga, Rep. Martin Scott, R-Rossville and representatives of U.S. Sen. Johnny Isakson and U.S. Sen. Saxby Chambliss, both R-Ga., will be on h and. Dade residents will have the opportunity to meet individually with any of these to talk about any personal issues they may have concerning state or federal government.
The Dade Kiwanis Club will meet the first Thursday of July at Randy's at noon. If you would like to get involved, just come to a meeting.
The Dade Historical Society will not meet in July due to holidays.
