Lookout Mountain: Boy “conscious and alert” after fall at Rock City

by Monica Mercer

A little boy who fell about 20 feet at Rock City was “conscious and alert” as an ambulance took him to the hospital, police said this afternoon.

Lookout Mountain, Ga., police investigator Eric Robertson said the four-year-old boy fell somewhere inside Rock City at about 12:15 p.m. today.

An ambulance came shortly after to transport the boy to T.C. Thompson Children’s Hospital. His parents accompanied him, Investigator Robertson said.

The boy’s current condition is not yet available.
