The Department of Neighborhood Services would like to remind you that today at 4 p.m. is the deadline to turn in your application for the World Changers Home Repair Program. To qualify, you must a homeowner and live in the Chattanooga city limits, be at least 62 years of age or be a disabled homeowner of any age.
