* Location: Stringer’s Ridge, overlooking Olgiati Bridge. Phase three is angled for a clear view to the Tennessee Aquarium.

* Status: Phase three is under construction and will consist of eight new units: four single-level and four penthouse condominiums. Thirteen units from the first two phases have already sold, with one available.

* Price: Condominiums are priced at $660,000 for single-level flats and $880,000 for penthouses. Homeowners association monthly dues of $350 cover maintenance, groundskeeping and insurance for the dwelling, according to Realtor Jill Kisling.

* Features: A short drive from the heart of downtown, River Point condominiums offer an expansive view covering much of Chattanooga.
