COLLEGEDALE: Barn Nursery donates plants

While remodeling the landscaping of the Barn Nursery in Chattanooga, there were a great many homeless plants made available. Jim Webster, the owner of the Barn Nursery decided to donate trailer load after trailer load of these orphaned plants to the City of Collegedale’s Greenway landscaping projects. Crews from the Public Works Department are already planting them, so everyone in who walks the Greenway can enjoy them. The City Commission sent the Barn Nursery a letter of appreciation, and I will be buying a lot of flowers down there to show my appreciation for their gift to our town’s citizens.
