Terrace at Frazier gets its first residents

* Name: The Terrace at Frazier

* Location: Frazier Avenue, located in the heart of the North Shore. "We want people to feel at home at The Terrace and on the North Shore," developer Jimmy Hudson said. "Frazier Avenue has such a great vibe and we want prospects to get a sense for what it would be like to have Chattanooga's playground at their doorstep."

* Status: The community features 16 residences, with one residence sold and the first residents having already moved in.
