So here is the monthly update on the activities of your Collegedale Tomorrow Advisory Board and what it is doing to prepare our town for the coming of Volkswagen.
To date, the landscape ordinance has been passed and is law, and in the last City Commission meeting the panel voted on the new commercial design standards ordinance, and it will vote on it again in June. A new sign ordinance is being worked on, as well as a general conservation ordinance. Every new ordinance is a bulwark against our town becoming a mess.
