The new Waffle House is under construction at Lee Highway and Hunter Road next to the Super 8 Motel. No word yet on the opening date.

Congratulations to Bob and Joan Nash on the marriage of their daughter Allie on Saturday. The wedding and reception were held at the Champions Club at Hampton Creek. More than 250 guests attended the Ooltewah gala. The happy couple are vacationing in Mexico. Bob and Joan are staying home to recover.
