The folks here in Ooltewah just can't say enough about how well the new Exit 11 and Interstate 75 configuration is working. After a few tweaks with the timing of the traffic lights, the flow of cars in the morning and afternoon during peak traffic times is moving well.
And all the people I spoke to agree that the best part of the years-long project is the improvement to the Snow Hill Road and Mountain View Road intersection. No more morning traffic jam and backup.
Thanks to the Ooltewah Krystal for donating more than 100 chicken wings Friday night at the Ooltewah High School football game. Six lucky people won the wings during a contest drawing during the game.
