Traffic on Interstate 75 came to a standstill today when a semi-trailer truck caught on fire.

A police official said the fire has been completely extinguished and crews are currently working to get everything cleaned.

"Crews are getting everything cleaned up as fast as possible," a police official said.

It is unclear at this time what caused the truck to catch fire, police said.
