Calhoun, Ga.: Police arrest three in connection with car thefts

Police in Calhoun, Ga., have arrested three people in connection with two vehicles that were stolen at different locations within the city.

In the thefts, the suspects cut a hole in the security fence and entered several vehicles but stole only one, said Police Chief Garry Moss in a news release.

Donald Williams, 36, Joe Ledford, 43, and Tammy Jean Lemming, 42, all of Adairsville, Ga., were arrested on Monday, Moss said.

Williams and Ledford were charged with two counts of theft by taking of a motor vehicle, criminal damage to property and entering auto.

Lemming was charged with two counts of party to a crime.
