A Hollywood, Ala., man was charged with second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana Thursday after DeKalb County, Ala., deputies found $21,000 and a small amount of marijuana in his car Thursday, according to a news release from Sheriff Jimmy Harris.
Rudolph Valentino Ragland, 37, was arrested after an officer called in the Jackson County Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit following a traffic stop on state Highway 35. When the narcotics unit arrived, a K-9 unit found the money and drugs, Sheriff Harris said.
