‘Vote for the Worst’ polling for McDonald replacement

Vote for the Worst, the sardonic website that encourages “American Idol” viewers to support the singer whom website editors deem “the worst” of the finalists, is currently polling site visitors as to who should replace Paul McDonald. McDonald was voted off “Idol” at the end of of Thursday’s show.

The vote has revealed that local contestant Lauren Alaina Suddeth is a favorite to win among website voters, as she has claimed the least votes in “the worst” poll.

Finalists Jacob Lusk and Haley Reinhart are running neck and neck to win the poll for “the worst,” tied at 23 percent of the vote each. Reinhart has received 4,250 votes, Lusk has 4,330 votes.
