Eighth storm-related fatality confirmed in Ringgold, Georgia

An eighth fatality has been confirmed in Ringgold, Ga., from Wednesday’s tornadoes, according to Catoosa County Sheriff Phil Summers.

The sheriff said the body was found on Cherokee Valley Road, like five others from that area, but would not say exactly where the body was located.

Nor did he say whether it was a man or a woman.
