A 4-vehicle collision about 9 p.m. Friday at 1000 Signal Mountain Road led to at least three people being injured, according to a police report.
Police said witnesses reported a vehicle traveling on Signal Mountain Road crossed the center line and hit another vehicle head-on and sent it into another vehicle. It also went a further distance, hitting a third vehicle.
Police said the driver of the suspect vehicle and two occupants of the first vehicle that had been hit were taken to local hospitals with what were believed non-life threatening injuries.
Police said it is thought that alcohol was a contributing factor in the collision and charges are pending further investigation.
