A woman accused of running over her boyfriend and killing him has a court date set for October.

Alicia Eliza Miguel, 25, is set to appear Oct. 4 in Hamilton County General Sessions Court on charges of vehicular homicide by intoxication, DUI and leaving the scene of an accident involving death.

On July 29, Miguel was drinking with Martin Martinez, 27, and began driving along Seventh Avenue at high speed, witnesses told police.
