The civil rights case against three men accused to throwing fireworks and racial slurs at residents of a public housing complex is going to the Hamilton County grand jury.
This morning in Hamilton County General Sessions Court, Colton Partin, Danny Smiley and Kyle Montgomery waived their rights to preliminary hearings.

I bet they are really sorry about this now. After they have been caught. They should be very ashamed of themselves.
i hope they man up and admit their wrong, take a deal and save the tax payers some money on this one. Pretty open and shut case here, no need to drag this one out.
Along with any sentencing, they should be made to openly apologize to their victims.
