America Idol runner-up Lauren Alaina Suddeth, of Rossville, Ga., announced Friday that her debut album “Wildflower” will be released Oct. 11.
The 17-year-old made the announcement during an appearance on ABC’s “Good Morning America” today. She is on tour with “American Idol Live,” a concert series that runs through September.
“I have always dreamed of making an album and I can’t believe it’s actually happening,” she said in a news release on her website. “It’s because of the fans who voted for me on American Idol that I am here, so I am dedicating this album to them.”
