U.S. Reps. Scott DesJarlais and Chuck Fleischmann are scheduled to make the rounds in their respective districts in the coming weeks.
DesJarlais' local stops come first, with public appearances this morning in Dunlap and Pikeville, Tenn.
The first-term Republican, who has dubbed his swing as a "Listening to Tennessee Tour," represents the state's 4th Congressional District.
"Having a chance to meet with and hear from constituents is a critical part of being a member of Congress and is a top priority of mine," DesJarlais said in a news release.
Fleischmann will hold town hall meetings in Collegedale, Chattanooga, Red Bank, Signal Mountain and Soddy-Daisy on Sept. 1 and 2.
He'll also appear in Cleveland and Meigs County on Aug. 29.
"I am looking forward to continuing to hear directly from the people of the 3rd District," Fleischmann said in a news release.
