A Chattanooga air charter company recorded a first for the business Saturday when a couple hired a single-engine Cessna so they could exchange marriage vows — about 7,500 feet in the air.
Daryl and Johnita Moore, both of Knoxville, used a 10-seat Crystal Air plane for their wedding, said Taylor Newman, the company’s operations director and the plane’s pilot.
He said the marriage was the second for both and the couple wanted to do something unique.
After the wedding, Newman said the couple departed on a 12-day motorcycle journey to Mount Rushmore in South Dakota.

Seems, what we have here is another ploy for a publicity stunt to pump the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport. - dba (Wilson Air) Seems the couples union was used in this publicity stunt as stated in the papers hard copy, they didn't even use a stunt plane.
Also as stated, the festivities were not held at the Chattanooga Metropolitian Airport, they were in fact facilitated @ the TAC AIR NORTH facility. Chattanooga's premier FBO.
