Dedrick Lamont Lindsey

A 38-year-old man was arrested on charges of aggravated statutory rape Tuesday, the 118th time he's been charged in Hamilton County in the past 18 years, records show.

Dedrick Lamont Lindsey was arrested after a 16-year-old told a Chattanooga police officer about what had allegedly happened, according to a police report.

Lindsey goes to trial Sept. 20 on the rape charge.
